As part of “Artists in School” series, we covers broad-based collaboration, from contemporary art, design and craft so that artists from all types of expertise could come together to share best practice, new thinking and ideas. Today, we’re at Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC) to attend a talk by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on role of creative multimedia industry in Malaysia and visit Vivo 2017 exhibition organized by Multimedia Creative Department, UPSI. As the role of design and the designer develop, its continue to share ideas and resources to the community. Students will learn to think and act as artists, makers and designers, working creatively and intelligently. They’ll develop an appreciation and engagement in art, craft and design as critical consumers and audiences and an understanding of its role in the creative and cultural industries that shape and enrich their lives.
